We have worked closely with the exploration division of Ashanti Gold to help reduce their carbon footprint by converting exploration water supplies from diesel power to solar. The first unit was installed and trialled over several months.
After consistently maintaining supply while pumping in highly saline water from the gold fields and reducing operational costs with no downtime due to equipment maintenance, a second unit was installed on another site.
